To download Adobe Reader, click the Adobe Reader Icon on the left.  A new window will open to the Adobe Reader product page.  Unselect the box for the free Google toolbar.  Go to the bottom of the page, and click on the "Download now" button.  Note that the download and install can take several minutes and you may have to restart your system.
