•  Video instructions:  If you click RUNHQ video, you will get a larger video image, but it requires a fairly high speed internet link.  Note that it takes a while to buffer the movie stream before it starts to play.  If the HQ video presents a problem, then try the Run button which is designed for a medium speed internet link.  The videos are set up to run using Windows Media Player which is available on most computers.
  
• Audio instructions:  It works best if you download the selected file and then play it from the download folder.  Then you can also transfer it later to an MP3 player or CD.  To download the file using Internet Explorer, right click on the highlighted link (MP3) and select "Save target as..." to indicate where you want to save the file.  To play the file on your computer, find the file and double click on it.  Normally it will play in Windows Media Player.  You can also choose to left click on the MP3 link and the file will open in the Windows Media Player and play directly, but this approach requires a new download each time you want to listen to the file or restart in the middle.
